Robert Bronstein
Robert Bronstein, 46, co-founded The Scion Group in 1999 and has led its evolution from a two-person consulting firm to North America’s largest privately held owner, operator and advisor of student housing, with over 1,500 employees and $5.0 billion of assets. The Scion Group focuses exclusively on ownership, operation and advisory services for modern, institutional-quality student housing, both on and off campus. Scion has participated in the acquisition or development of more than 70,000 beds, totaling over $6.0 billion of project value. It also has acted as an advisor to colleges and universities, foundations and private-sector providers in more than 200 campus markets, representing an additional $5.0 billion of project value. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. He lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Rosellene, and their three children, ages 16, 13 and 12.
