By studying the zip codes where current Johnson Lambert employees live, Bespoke narrowed the search to focus on three attractive markets within metro Chicago. Bespoke found the ideal new office for the firm, located close to a commuter train station, and set in a dynamic neighborhood near restaurants and shops. The building complex was equipped with important amenities such as: a cafeteria, a fitness center, conference rooms, and collaboration areas.

Bespoke negotiated a long-term and flexible rental agreement with excellent terms for the firm, including 12 months of free rent and a generous tenant improvement allowance.
