Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, founded by Victor Sanmiguel and Peter Billmeyer to disrupt the way Greater Chicago’s privately held businesses are served by the commercial real estate industry, has expanded its office space to accommodate accelerated business growth and its expanding team.

Located at 444 N. Michigan Avenue, the renovation nearly doubles its existing office space. The new office features a large town hall space and open office workstations. A key feature of the office is a spacious entertainment area and “Bespoke Bar” for hosting client events and celebrating as a team internally.
