Bespoke Commercial Real Estate has just completed a new, long term lease transaction for Jack Nadel, Inc (‘JNI’).  The company is expanding from 1,900 SF in Chicago’s River North to 4,000 SF on north Michigan Avenue.  The new space features hi-image, tech feel along with excellent building amenities, which will assist JNI in the recruitment of new talent.  JNI is a privately held California based company specializing in marketing and promotional products.
