Johnson Lambert Chicago, Bespoke Finds Space that Supports Efforts to Recruit and Retain New Talent

Johnson Lambert, a CPA firm specializing in financial audit, tax, and advisory services, works with clients in 43 states and the District of Columbia. The firm needed a new office in the Chicago metropolitan area that would position it to recruit and retain new talent. Johnson Lambert wanted an office offering room to grow, creative and collaborative space, plus a location in a vibrant downtown market near commuter train lines.

By studying the zip codes where current Johnson Lambert employees live, Bespoke narrowed the search to focus on three attractive markets within metro Chicago. Bespoke found the ideal new office for the firm, located close to a commuter train station, and set in a dynamic neighborhood near restaurants and shops. The building complex was equipped with important amenities such as: a cafeteria, a fitness center, conference rooms, and collaboration areas.

Bespoke negotiated a long-term and flexible rental agreement with excellent terms for the firm, including 12 months of free rent and a generous tenant improvement allowance.

“We were drawn to work with Bespoke as we saw many similarities between their culture and ours at Johnson Lambert,” said Andrea Wright, Partner at Johnson Lambert. “They led us through all of the ins and outs of the process, helped us choose other well-matched service providers for our relocation and remodel, and supported us in ultimately creating an office space that we are proud of and that our team loves.”
