Peter Billmeyer, SIOR
As Co-Founder and Managing Principal, Peter Billmeyer, SIOR prides himself on business development and creative problem solving. His focus is assisting tenants by developing and implementing custom real estate solutions that not only satisfy clients’ short-term needs, but also achieve their long-term planning goals. Peter’s continual desire to drive value for his clients allows him to embody one of Bespoke’s differentiators—there is no such thing as post-deal. Through this approach, he becomes a trusted strategic business advocate and resource for his clients.
Peter began his commercial real estate career in 2004 and has fostered strong connections in the commercial real estate industry that he brings to bear to deliver optimal results for clients. Before co-founding Bespoke, he served as Senior Vice President of Chicagoland Commercial’s Tenant Advisory Division.
Peter holds an International Business degree from Oregon State University, where he was an Academic All-American as well as a four-year starter and three-year captain of the soccer team.
Along with commercial real estate and athletics, philanthropy is Peter’s other true passion. He currently is the Past-President of Equestrian Connection, Chairman of Clearbrook’s Challenge Golf Outing, and on the Executive Board of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund. Peter also has served on the Executive Board of Spina Bifida Association of Illinois.
He lives in Winnetka with his wife, Audra, and their three children.
