Point of Sale Remarketing Group (POSRG) has evolved from a small local supplier of used, point of sale equipment into an international powerhouse that provides high-caliber, fully certified, refurbished materials to more than 3,000 organizations in every major vertical global market. Bespoke needed to create a solution geared toward accommodating the rapid growth model implemented by POSRG.
Initially POSRG occupied 7,900 SF, and due to 30% growth per year, required an average of approximately 55% more space every year. To accommodate this expansion, Bespoke identified buildings to purchase in a targeted demographic area. In addition, Bespoke approached POSRG’s owner/user property owner to explore a potential sale opportunity. Now knowing POSRG’s long-term growth, coupled with the eventual disposition of the property, ownership was able to provide additional space in increments over a four-year period. Bespoke negotiated build-out allowances and rental abatement, which allowed POSRG to absorb expansion cost.
The creative solution allowed POSRG to grow the business at a steady pace, as space availability would not be an issue. Bespoke’s negotiations led to ultimate expansion flexibility, with built-in construction allowances, and the potential to purchase the facility at lease expiration. Bespoke’s custom solution eliminated the costs associated with relocation and allowed POSRG to continue to grow the business.
