Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, founded by Victor Sanmiguel and Peter Billmeyer to disrupt the way Greater Chicago’s privately held businesses are served by the commercial real estate market, recently promoted Steve Rasiarmos to Senior Vice President to support the next phase of company growth.

During his eight-year tenure with Bespoke, Rasiarmos began as an Associate Broker, was promoted to Vice President, and now serves as SVP working with clients including technology startups and professional service organizations.

Before joining Bespoke, Rasiarmos worked as a Tenant Advisor at Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate.

“Steve is a key contributor on our leadership team,” says Sanmiguel. “He encompasses the Bespoke Way, bringing an entrepreneurial attitude to the table and focusing on ensuring the perfect real estate fit.”

Outside of Bespoke, Rasiarmos enjoys spending time with his family and serving as an Advisory Board Member for KidsMatter, a not-for-profit organization that equips youth and families with tools to manage the stress of everyday life.
